Job Description:
Principle PURPOSE OF JOB
Oversee and screen the viable operational working of the Center of Excellence (CoE) and create and develop the business pointed toward building up Mediclinic as the main supplier of thorough multidisciplinary care in the medical services market
REQUIRED EDUCATION
An important Bachelor's Degree in a connected clinical field (for example Medical care Management)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At any rate 5-8 years' involvement with a clinical medical care setting of which at any rate 3 years included dealing with a group
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- To oversee and screen the compelling every day operational working of the CoE
- To start and deal with the accreditation measures for the CoE
- To execute and oversee administration measures for the CoE
- To help drives that drive business development and improvement
- To lead and deal with the CoE group
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Use of undertaking the board standards
- Use of sound planning and monetary arranging and the board standards
- Clinical review principles and cycles
- Business mindfulness
- Verbal and composed relational abilities in English (Arabic will be a benefit)
