Responsibilities:

• Improvements, updates, and changes to software code, data, and programs based on specific requirements and instructions for use with local, networked, or Internet-based software.
• Testing assigned portions of code according to established procedures; logging, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
• Understands and develops relationships with internal and outsourced application developers.
• Provides cost-effective, high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products with the assistance of other software application engineers and internal and external development partners.

Education and Experience Required:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent degree.
• Typically 0-2 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of software applications design tools and languages.
• Ability to solve problems analytically.
• A general understanding of software application design for a variety of platforms.
• Understand basic testing, programming, and debugging techniques.
• Communication skills both in writing and in speech; mastery of both English and the local language.
