Key purpose of the role:

The resource will be included in the Customer Service/ Service Team whose mission is the full satisfaction of internal and external Customers and, through Teamwork, the achievement of the expected service results.

The intern will be supporting and trained on:
  • The activities aimed at ensuring that all orders are managed in compliance with the service levels provided.
  • Input of orders and data on the SAP (system management) in compliance with the established timeframes
  • Inbound and outbound call management; customer service;
  • This Team is responsible for such functions as returns management, management of complaints, management of inquiries, and archiving of documentation
Skills and competencies requested:
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree recently
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are excellent
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter
  • Italian and English are fluently spoken and written
  • The office is in good hands
  • Precision, Availability, Team working
