Program Manager:

• A minimum of 15 years' experience in IT system integration projects in GCC and preferably in KSA.
• Should have managed complex and heterogeneous technology environments for clients with multiple large-scale projects covering the entire SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience in delivering projects using multiple methodologies Waterfall Agile Scrum Safe
• Strong understanding of contracting, project delivery, and the digital transformation journeys of Customers
• The candidate should have PMPPRINCE certification or equivalent
• Exceptional understanding of business and technology trends. Product and technology knowledge specific to the industry.
• Achieve quick resolution of issues while balancing the needs of the business, the customer, and the team.
• Experienced team leader with proven abilities to build networks within organizations and lead teams of individuals. In depth experience with cross-selling and up-selling to grow footprint in designated accounts. It is highly desirable to have prior experience as a consultant or technology integrator.
• A good command of English and Arabic
