Aeolus Robotics is seeking a Robot System Integration Manager who is hands-on, technical, and has strong leadership, project management, and people management skills. To achieve successful deployment and support of our robots at customer sites, you will supervise a team of engineers in the field, coordinate distributor resources, and assist customers.

Job Responsibilities:
In your role as Robot System Integration Manager, you will recruit and lead the robotic field team for deployment and support activities as well as conduct integration tests and other field activities at customer sites:
- Ensure effective execution of fielding tasks by leading a team of fielding engineers.
- Management of project requirements and planning of fielding activities in coordination with back-end engineering teams.
- In coordination with fielding team members, backend engineers, customers, and distributors, track, report, and solve problems that occur on the field.
- Backend teams can improve the product by sharing feedback gained from real-world experiences.
- Fielding team goals are managed, planned, and reported on in a flexible manner.
- Provide service and support by developing and owning field tools.
- Organize operations and processes in the field.
You will work in an agile project management environment. Together with founders, researchers, engineers, you will build robotic solutions of the future that will be adopted by consumers nationwide.
Experience:
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing small (3+) teams of service or support engineers.
Mandatory requirements:
- Ability to manage people and projects well.
- Deliverables of high quality, both on time and within budget.
- Making astute decisions amid rapid changes in the environment.
- Good relationship-building skills with customers and distributors.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Multitasking and cross-functional ability with good organizational skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- A solid attention to detail.
- Quickly learns and works well with others.
Nice to have:
- Expertise and knowledge in robotics.
- Knowledge of both software and hardware.
- System integration knowledge.
- Programming skills.
- Linux / Ubuntu and GIT familiarity.
