Duties and Responsibilities
- Involved in creating designs, modeling and drafting utilizing a 3D CAD system.
- Assisting in the development processes for Manufacturing, Quality Control, Regulatory, and Planning for the assigned project.
- Develops quality control procedures and inspection methods.
- Maintains detailed records of assigned projects.
- 1-2 years of experience in CAD/CAM related to any field.
- Candidate should be from the technical branch (B.E. or B.Tech Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Familiar with human anatomy.
- Should have good knowledge and experience in using Solidworks.
- Previous experiences in medical device or implant design a plus.
- Knowledge in medical imaging and rendering tools like Blender a plus.
- Experience in handling 3D printers a plus.
- Good communication skill
- Ready to travel any time
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Biomedical Engineering, BE-MECH, Production, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in CAD tools like Solidworks, Creo, AutoCAD or similar.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Required Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
- Good knowledge of 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing concepts.
