Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates for the Apprentice Operations position may be responsible for the following activities:

• Support daily banking operations and ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor operational performance and customer service standards.
• Assist in resolving client queries and improving service outcomes.
• Maintain operational data and track key performance metrics for reporting.
• Support transaction monitoring and payment-related activities.
• Learn and follow operational risk controls, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to support business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Applicants should have completed a bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS or an equivalent three-year undergraduate programme.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Data handling and reporting skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Teamwork and time management.
• Willingness to learn banking operations and compliance procedures.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

• Must have the legal right to work in India.
• Should demonstrate strong academic performance.
• Must be comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
