Parsons, is looking for an experienced Stakeholder Coordinator to join the team in Abu Dhabi as part of the Stakeholder management team, the candidate shall provide a full and comprehensive service in regard to stakeholder management, permitting/NOCs, and interfaces with internal teams and third parties on behalf of the business and its projects, which could include:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Advise on local bylaws, codes, and regulations and act as Architect of Record.
- Lead and secure all statutory approvals, NOCs, and permits for master planning, infrastructure, public realm, and building services, including full code-compliant submissions.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder management plans, permitting strategies, and detailed tracking matrices for approvals and expiry dates.
- Liaise with clients, project/design teams, authorities, and utilities, including preparing and submitting all required documentation and coordinating meetings and presentations.
- Provide English–Arabic translations as needed and proactively highlight risks that may affect project schedule or overall progress.
- Management consultants, investors, other public entities, media/event management firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited local or international university, preferably with registration at the UAE Society of Engineers.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience on similar large-scale initiatives/programs with complex stakeholder and interface requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong technical knowledge of government authority requirements for approvals/permits and for the design and construction of facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and/or real estate developments, including associated project deliverables.
- Familiarity with authority approval systems such as, Smart Hub, town planning portals..
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within large, multidisciplinary teams at both business and project levels.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional report writing and confident presentation abilities.
