About this role
  • Prepare, review, and manage project contracts, subcontract agreements, and variations.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Support project managers with claims, invoicing, and contract compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Assist with risk management and identify potential contractual issues early.
  • Contribute to smooth project delivery by ensuring timely administrative and commercial processes.

Is this you?
  • Experience as a Contract Administrator in construction or a related field, with education projects.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts, subcontract agreements, and variations.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Understanding of construction processes and financial tracking is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and meet deadlines.
