About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the digital marketing and community engagement initiatives of Cognizant AI Lab including Responsible AI, AI Research and Cognizant Neuro AI platform. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple social media platforms, assisting with video and podcast production, and helping to build and manage our Neuro SAN agentic AI open-source community and our Responsible AI champion network. You will create an environment to showcase various demos to be used by client-facing teams. You’ll also contribute to content writing, including blogs and internal communications, and monitor performance to provide actionable insights.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and maintain Cognizant AI Lab’s social media presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Bluesky, and Reddit, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
• Support the management and growth of the Agentic AI Community, including moderating discussions, sharing resources, and recognizing member contributions.
• Track and report on social media and community metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with planning, filming, and editing videos and podcasts that showcase our innovations and community stories.
• Contribute to content writing, including blogs, newsletters, and other digital content to support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content schedules, branding, and campaign goals.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and content types.

Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a Client or Cognizant office in San Francisco, CA. What you need to have to be considered

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
• Basic video and podcast editing skills, with an interest in learning more.
• Ability to write clear and engaging content for a professional audience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and digital communities.
• Familiarity with AI or programming/prompting would be a plus, while not required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until July 7, 2025.

This is a fixed-term contract position for 3 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role depending on performance and organizational requirements. The hourly salary for this position is between $26-32/hr depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
