Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Infor ERP LN.
• Analyze business requirements and transform them into functional ERP LN solutions.
• Optimize and enhance existing ERP LN modules to improve performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain ERP LN extensions using 4GL and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless ERP LN integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct System testing, Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any technical issues related to ERP LN.
• Provide support and maintenance including performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality for the deployed ERP LN solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in ERP LN technologies.
• Drive ERP LN upgrades, migrations, and integration with other systems.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Skills

• Strong command of ERP LN development tools (4GL, DAL) and relevant technologies.
• Proven experience in leading ERP LN projects and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP LN architecture and modules, including manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in database management systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
