• Infosys BPM is Hiring Only Computer Science Freshers For Bangalore Location.
• Shifts: Flexible to any shifts (24/7, Rotational shifts and only Work from office).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors BSC in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, BE Or B.Tech only with Computer Science Background.
• Only Computer Science Background (Fresher).

Skills Required:

• Excellent comprehension skills.
• Good communication (Written and oral) skills.
• Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Flexible to work in shifts and 24/7 support.
• Basic Knowledge in Information Security.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on the incidents received though internal system.
• Ensure the Key Performance Indicators/SLAs set by clients are achieved.
• Should be pro-active enough to understand the key responsibilities.
• Conduct internal quality checks and audits.
