Job Description:
Technical guidance and manage the engineering team, to provide guidance for PM, Troubleshooting, and Improvement to achieve the targeted OEE and monitor and control the machine/equipment downtime.
Responsible to make sure that all equipment is performing efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for establishing and monitoring critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring programs.
Responsible to analyze equipment operating data and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the equipment.
Evaluates plant and equipment unscheduled downtime magnitude and responsible to identify opportunities for reliability enhancement.
Responsible handling the mechanical and electrical maintenance team (technician), which consist of the job scope of, implementation of the work procedure, overtime, troubleshooting guidance, machine design and drawing review for improvement
Responsible to setup & ensure the Preventive Maintenance is fulfilled based on the required schedule for the overall equipment.
Alignment with vendor on the part design, fabrication, and installation for the improvement activities.
Responsible to control the spare part inventory and align with the spare part management team.
Responsible for quality improvement plan, and support any customer complain cases to analyze the root causes & prevention action.
Create documentation on the Standard operation procedure, process specification, Work instruction & OJT.
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
Promote continuous improvement and growth mindset and behaviors that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality.
Air scrubber operation & maintenance: Conduct scrubber performance monitoring according to DOE requirement. Maximize scrubber efficiency and ensure smooth operation. Minimizing unnecessary plant shutdown due to scrubber problem and non-compliance with standards.
