Your Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and framing problem statements
• Deriving insights from data
• Understanding and developing user journeys and flows
• User testing and collaborating with user researchers to get qualitative insights
• Designing UIs that deliver on qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Working with product managers and engineers to solve problems

What to Bring:

• Visual Design of UIs and Prototyping Interactions
• Understanding data, metrics and design decision making
• Communication with peers and clear articulation of thoughts and decisions
• User Testing
• Skills in Motion Design, Illustrations, or any form of Storytelling, coding is a bonus
