• No active backlog at the time of assessment and joining
• Successful completion of full–time degree within the stipulated time frame

CTC: 4.25 Lacs (4 LPA + 25K One-Time Bonus)

Capgemini Exceller Off Campus Selection Process:

The overall assessment flow and pattern is as below:

Assessment 1:

• Technical and English MCQ: Cognitive Assessment
• Mode: Virtual
• Technical assessment consists of data structures, algorithms, fundamentals of database, cloud, and networking. 
• For roles specific to your streams technical assessment would comprise of stream specific topics.
• Candidate assessment clearance depends on the scores of each module. 
• Each round will be a mandatory, elimination round.

Assessment 2:

• Spoken English Assessment
• Mode: Virtual

This round will be a mandatory and an elimination round.

Assessment 3:

• Technical Interviews
• Mode: Virtual
