- As a solution architect, you will employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with other team members and business stakeholders during the full lifecycle development process. Become the Repair & Shared Services Domain champion and design repair solutions that enhances customers’ E2E repair service experience across multiple service channels.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives
- Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis to deliver End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with multiple business, engineering and cross functional teams
- Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing
- Provide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams
- Experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture
- 5+ years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Experience working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment
- Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously
- Experience working with vendors and contractors
- Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities
- Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Engineering/ Technical background preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of proven experience
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
