Your Role and Responsibilities

At IBM Quantum we aim to bring useful quantum computing to the world. As part of this mission, our quantum Advocacy, Content and Engineering (ACE) team brings cutting edge tools to our community, partners, and enterprise clients to enable them to develop utility-scale quantum research and solutions that address the most pressing business challenges. We are looking for a Technical Content Creator to join our ACE team to contribute to this mission. As part of this role, you will work with an elite team of content creators, strategists, and developers to shape the future of quantum education at scale.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Master’s degree in physics, computer science, or closely-related STEM field
• Technical proficiency in quantum computing
• Experience in teaching courses
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with portfolio examples
• Passion for creating a diverse and inclusive global quantum community
• Expertise in writing quantum technical copy
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent Python skills
• Prior hands-on experience with Qiskit

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PhD in a STEM field
• Experience producing educational videos
• Advanced knowledge of quantum computing
• Proficiency in data analytics
• Experience working with clients and enterprise learners
