Job Description:
- Driving 100% audit & completion of said sample size audits
- Ensuring Root Cause analysis are done timely and action plans are implemented
- Timely reporting
- Lead action plans based on the gaps identified
- Driving QA efficiency /performance management
- Support/lead change management; process, control & technology
- Driving checklist/reporting standardization
- QA training need identification
- Adherence to QA framework & SOX compliance
- Provides formal and informal performance feedback to team members
- Ensure timely performance discussions are closed for QA resources
- Maintain the updated & consolidated defect log for all the processes 13) Responsible for creating tailormade QA framework in partnership with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders
- Partners with various stakeholders to deploy QA framework in new business areas
- Fosters learning and development within the team
