Essential Job Functions
- Lead a team of operations professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and setting performance expectations
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, offering insights for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets
- Make operational decisions to address challenges and support business objectives
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness
- Assist in strategic planning and goal setting for the department
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
- Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Sales Enablement Certified Professional (SECP) is a plus
