Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage Customer relationship through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites mainly in Abu Dhabi.
Your role:
- Install Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment according to quality standards, perform planned maintenance, including field modifications, corrective actions, when necessary, as set by PH.
- Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements, flexibility to support during emergency, performing services as per quality standards including timely reporting as per compliance requirements.
- Beware of customer needs and generate potential commercial leads for upgrades (Philips Lifecycle Solutions -PLS) through customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevant people within the organization. Support the district customer services account manager as appropriate with contract renewals etc.
- Keep abreast of new technologies, develop to support multi-modality, responsible for executing service events (maintenance & Installation) in compliance with applicable version of Business Unit (BU) / Business Line (BL) service manuals and relevant PH quality standard policies.
- Be a professional representative for PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with PH policy and targets.
- As Field Service engineer you will be working as a resident engineer in Abu Dhabi - as a team member of Customer Service delivery team and reporting to Service Delivery Manager.

You're the right fit if:
- Degree level education or equivalent within Electrical or Electronics/ Biomedical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Willing to travel across UAE without any restrictions.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written, Arabic (optional)
- Good Interpersonal skills for daily interaction with the stakeholders
- Time management and problem-solving mindset
