BEL Recruitment 2023 for Project Engineer: ( Software SBU, Bangalore )

Job Role: Project Engineer.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech.

Project Engineer:

Full-time BE/B. Tech course from a reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, and Telecommunication & Communication Engineering.

Minimum Percentage of Marks in BE/ B. Tech: General/OBC: 55% & above, SC/ST/ PWD: Pass class

Experience:

• Candidates should have a minimum of Two Years of relevant industry experience.
• The relevant post-qualification industry experience shall be in the following areas: Candidates preferred having experience in Surveillance/Information Technology/Network Projects. Preference is given to candidates having relevant certificates in the above-mentioned areas.
• Age Limit ( As on 01 March 2023 ): Upper age limit is 32 years.

Age Relaxation:

• The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC/ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years.
• Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years of relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

Salary: Rs 40,000 – 50,000/-

Selection Process of BEL Recruitment 2023:

• The selection process includes a Written Test/Interview.
• Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test.
• The venue for the Written Test/ Interview will be intimated later.
• 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview.
• Candidates who pass in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit.
• The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test / Interview and final selections will be notified on our Company‟s website.
• Please note that Written Test/ Interview call letters will be sent through email only.

Application Fees:

Project Engineer – I: Rs. 400/- plus applicable GST.

Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC, and ST categories are exempted from payment of the application fees.

• Minimum 0-1 years / C++, Java, Algorithm Development, SW Documentation.

Project Engineer:

• B.E /B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree in Computer Science from recognized university/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
• Minimum 0-2 years / C++, Java, SW Testing, SW Documentation Python etc.

• Trainee Engineer : 28 years
• Project Engineer : 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC and ST candidates by 5 years, for OBC-NCL candidates by 3 years.
• For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in upper age limit in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
• Candidates from OBC / SC / ST / EWS category applying for UR Post will be treated on par with UR criteria.

Salary:

• Trainee Engineer: Rs 30,000 – 40,000/-
• Project Engineer: Rs 40,000 – 55,000/-

Selection Process of BEL Recruitment 2023:

• The selection process includes Written Test and Interview.
• Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test).
• 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview.
• Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
• The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company’s website.

Application Fees:

• Project Engineer: Rs.472/- (Rs.400/- + 18% GST).
• Trainee Engineer – I : Rs.177/- (Rs.150/- + 18% GST).
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
