As a Senior Software Engineer with architect aptitude, you will apply the principles of software engineering to design, develop, maintain, test and evaluate our software. You will make decisions regarding design and functionality of systems and system mapping. You are innovative, self-driven, have a strong technical focus combined with a customer-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute to a positive team spirit and you like taking responsibility for the results.
Location:
We are flexible on location in any one of 4 locations: Greensboro, NC, Hagerstown, MD, Dublin, VA or Macungie, PA. Generous relocation package is available. We are open to hybrid work arrangements near one of these 4 work locations.

Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification BE/B.Tech/MCA
- 4-6 years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of Software Development experience in Microsoft platforms
- Hands on practical experience in:
- ASP.NET MVC using C#, .Net Framework 3.5 & above, .NET Core.
- Win forms using C#, .Net Framework 3.5 & above.
- API design, Angular, Blazor
- Window Service development using C#
- WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
- Writing Unit and Integration Tests
- Expert in SQL Server programming like SPs, Database Design and Implementation, Query Optimization
- Experience in the following areas:
- Visual Studio 2017 & above, TFS, Azure DevOps
- PowerBI
- Development, application maintenance and Support projects.
- Experience in Agile, SCRUM.
- Complete proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Having experience in one/more Emerging Technologies (like AI/ML, Cloud Computing, RPA, Data Analytics, Microservices etc.) would be an added advantage. Willingness to learn new technology is essential.
- Communicative and Collaborative: Strong verbal and written communication and ability to navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment and actively cooperate with various stakeholders.
- Customer Focused with a commitment to quality.
