Position Overview
Inspection, Returned parts, Paper Work, and Coordination
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must make continuous inspections throughout his/her shift.
- Inspectors should insure that 8hr shift will equal 5 to 7 inspections per machine.
- A 10hr shift will equal 6 to 9 inspections per machine.
- If less than 6 inspections within an a 10hr shift must have an explanation written by QC and the shift supervisor.
- QC inspector will inspect parts for setup release.
- Each setup must be signed off by QC before setup can be released.
- QC inspector must fill out the setup inspection sheet according to the blueprint.
- Secondary inspections will coincide with primary machine inspections and follow the same guidelines..
