About the Company:

Job Description:

• We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Linux experience to join our team to improve engineering efficiency. The DevOps/Engineering Productivity team manages the build system, CI/CD pipeline and plays a key role in the software development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline development
• Advance and improve build and general support infrastructure
• Develop provisioning and deployment strategies
• Support AWS cloud infrastructure
• Work with engineering teams to support their business requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience; MS degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or related field required

Experience and Skills:
Required:

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins (Jenkins preferred)
• Experience with cloud and containerization technologies
• Experience with Python and Bash
• Experience with code repository management, code merge, and code quality checks

Preferred:

• Experience with QNX, Yocto, and Linux preferred
• Experience working in medical devices preferred
• Experience with CMake or Bazel preferred
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform preferred
• Experience with Artifactory, SonarQube, Coverity, preferred
• Deep knowledge of Linux system, kernel/drivers, software components, and management tools
• Experience with one or more Linux scripting languages (bash/shell, zsh, etc)
• Experience with one or more automated OS install methods (kickstart, cloud-init, preseed, etc)
• Experience building and maintaining custom OS Install images for Linux machines.
• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,900.00 to $156,055.00.
