It is the national vertically integrated copper producing company, its manufacturing the coppers from the stage of mining to beneficiation, smelting, refining and casting of refined coppers. HCL mines and plants are spread across five units in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Gujarat. This company have a market in copper cathodes, copper wire bar, copper sulphate and sulphuric acid. The vision of this company is to be a leading mining company and improve the quality of the products.

Qualification : BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/Diploma/SSLC

Experience : Freshers

Location : Rajasthan

Salary : Rs 18,080 – Rs 45,400/-

Eligibility :

Mining Mate :

• Diploma with 1 year experience in the relevant field (OR)
• Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 2 years of experience in underground metalliferous mines only (OR)
• Class 10th Pass plus Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field (OR)
• Class 10th pass with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Blaster :

Diploma with 1 year experience in the relevant field (OR)

Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 1 years of experience in underground metalliferous mines only (OR)

Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field (OR)

Class 10th pass with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

WED ‘ B’:

Diploma with 1 year experience in the relevant field (OR)

Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 1 years of experience in the relevant field (OR)

Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field (OR)

Class 10th pass with 6 years of experience in the relevant field.

WEB ‘C’ :

Diploma OR Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 06 months of experience in the relevant field (OR)

12th with 3 years of experience in the relevant field (OR)

Apprenticeship in the relevant discipline with 2 Years of Experience in the relevant field (OR)

Class 10th pass with 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit (As on 01 December 2022 ): Maximum Age required is 40 Years.

Age Relaxation :

SC/ST – 05 years

OBC (Non – Creamy Layer) – 03 years

Meritorious Sports person – 05 years (10 years in the case of those belonging to SC/ST)

Ex – Servicemen (ESM) – Relaxation as per directives of Government of India

Selection Process for Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment :

Mining Mate: The mode of selection consists of Written Test , Physical Ability Test & Writing Ability Test.

Blaster: The mode of selection for posts consists of Written Test , Trade Test & Writing Ability Test.

WED ‘ B’ : The mode of selection for posts consists of Written Test & Trade Test.

WED ‘C’ : The mode of selection for posts consists of Written Test & Trade Test.

Written Test 

• The maximum marks for written test will be 100 marks .
• Subject Knowledge (On Specific Trade) – 80 marks
• General Knowledge – 20 marks

The candidate should secure minimum marks in written test which is as follows: –

SC/ST – 35 Marks

OBC (NCL) – 38 Marks

UR/EWS – 40 Marks

Trade test & Writing Ability Test :

The minimum qualifying marks in Trade Test out of 100 is as follows

SC/ST – 35 Marks

OBC (NCL) – 38 Marks

UR/EWS – 40 Marks

Note :

• The second level test (Physical Ability Test & Writing Ability Test / Trade Test & Writing Ability Test) will be of qualifying in nature.
• Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six (06) months in that post from the date of appointment.
• The selected candidates may be assigned jobs/ functions/ assignments related to their area as per the requirements of the Company including shift operation.
• If the performance of the selected candidate on extended probation period is not found to be satisfactory, then his/her services will be terminated.

• The General, OBC & EWS Candidates are required to pay non-refundable application processing
• fee of Rs.500/-
• All other candidates are exempted from paying fees.
