- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance at Iconic Facility,
- Ensure 100% PRS monthly scoring by ensuring the contract deliveries as per agreed KPI and SLA
- Coordination with customer, scheduling and co ordinating with a team of subcontractors to conclude the scheduled activities
- Conduct daily team brief, toolbox talk and ensure all HSE guidelines are followed religiously.
- Maintenance of HW and Non HW equipment’s as per the SOP.
- Proactively plan materials and equipment’s needed for the job and advise Team Lead/ FSS on time
- Supervise the installation of cabling and field devices
- Carry out risk assessment and other policies and procedures as per Honeywell guidelines.
- Plan month on month revenue and deliver accordingly to meet the forecast
- What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
- Bachelor's degree Electrical, Communication or Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years’ experience within a Field Service role
- Expert knowledge of HVAC/BMS/IBMS/FAS/Access control systems/CCTV systems
- Annual salary and consolidated allowance
