Job Description

This opportunity is with Mindtree Ltd. for the position of Business Analyst - MIS. The role requires planning, coordinating and managing analysis and reporting of business critical information. Sound analysis, interpretation of data and representation of correct numbers on presentable customer dashboards are essential requirements that a candidate must possess for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with delivery owners project managers and provide time bound and actionable MIS reports for daily weekly monthly and quarterly reviews (internal and external)
• Create easy to interpret dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Daily dashboard reporting of contracted SLAs and KPIs Design and develop efficient reports to measure performance of production associates through a STACK rank methodology Analysis of ageing tickets -
• Daily Automate reports and schedule them on a daily weekly monthly quarterly basis Understand ITSM tools to the likes of Service Now, Manage Engine, etc., and provide inputs on reporting enhancements
• Provide cost benefit analysis, optimized effort estimations and sizing for upcoming as well as existing engagements

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with hands on experience in excel reporting at an EXPERT level Knowledge of ITIL methodologies & best practices and service desk operations will be an additional edge
• Excellent planning and coordination skills with a keen aptitude of stakeholder management
• Expertise in MS-EXCEL and MS-POWERPOINT.
• Good working knowledge in MS-WORD. Working knowledge of MS-VISIO and MS-PROJECT would be an additional edge
• Hands on experience of working on ITSM tools like # Manage Engine, Service Now, BMC Remedy, etc .
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Candidate must possess the quality of representing complex data sets into simplified and easy to understand dashboards Quick learner.
• Understand the nitty-gritties of a heterogeneous workplace with an eye and sensitivity for diversified culture
• Good interpersonal skills, time management and detail oriented Ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Experience Overall 2- 5 years of experience with.
