- 1.To design and conduct layout/packaging study of Clutch system with interface system along with CFT.
- 2. Coordinate with the suppplier for design study of Clutch System including clutch, clutch release, clutch pedal so as meet the vehicle timeline
- 3. Layout signoff of clutch system with the other interface teams
- 4. To perform Stackup, DMU to finalize the desgin packaging & Architecture
- 5. Applying domain knowledge for theoretical calculation to clutch and clutch release sytem
- 6. Follow MPDS system, to design and develop system as per the project targets and coordinate with the team members internal and external to carry out the task
- 7. IMCR initiators and implementation
- 8. Design FMEA, Design Review to be conducted
- 9. Review with the Manufacturing, Service, Quality Departments.
- 10. Warranty cost for the aggregate monitored in R / 1000 for 3 MIS - Design the robust clutch system for meeting the R/1000 targets
- 11. IMCR projects – Cost reduction - Making design proposal in the clutch system to reduce cost without compromising the quality, functionality and product life
- 3 to 5 years
- Industry Preferred
- Automotive
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. (Production / Mechanical / Auto)
- 1. Should have excellent knowledge in CAD Softwares like UG NX, Catia
- 2. Should able with CFT team member for effecitive results
- 3. Should be able to work with internal CFT members and suppliers
- 4. Should be able to understand latest clutch technologies
