About the Company:

Job Description:

• Identify, develop, and deploy opportunities for Operations improvements centered around data and analytics in partnership with multi-functional teams.
• Support all aspects of the dashboard development life cycle; Design, develop and maintain complex and interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
• Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end.
• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for visualization and computing platforms and act as a liaison between technology teams and business partners.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on business systems data, leading reviews with the Operations teams to ensure master data integrity and end-to-end planning signal accuracy.
• Translate business needs and into technical requirements, working within the OpEx, Operations and/or with IT/SAP to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead and maintain plan master data to ensure consistency across systems for quality and compliance.
• Support local J&J Operating System implementation; and serve as Data Analytics SME in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Design Excellence, Change Management, FPx, within others.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Focus degree in engineering, business or technology is preferred.
• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience in Medical Device, Manufacturing Operations, Pharmaceutical is preferred.
• Experience in reporting visualization software such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required.
• Understanding of Master data management systems is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to pinpoint problems in data records based on analysis is required.
• Strong leadership skills facilitating the direction of individuals in the context of project related activities is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish) is required.
• Knowledge of programming languages/databases like Visual Basics, Python, MS Flow, SQL and Microsoft Access is preferred.
• Able to travel up to 10% of domestic travel is required.
