Job Purpose

To handle issuance/receipt of material in material & warehouse management module. To post issued materials, make GR for received materials and filling the OSDEs related to material rejection.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Adhere to HSE regulations and guidelines to ensure safe working environment.
• Collect, gather, and monitor the data for reporting and calculation purpose.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve routine issues and problems.
• Ensure issuance and receipt of material in a professional manner as directed.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
• Take appropriate action to ensure that the workplace is always maintained clean and tidy in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and control, within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Ensure compliance with EHSM, IMRS and Responsible care.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years related experience
• Diploma
• Knowledge in SAP
• Awareness of types of spares (filters, bearings, valves, belts, gaskets...etc.)
