- Candidate must be from Civil Engineering background.
- Responsible for working out the bar bending schedule for customers, detailing the quantities and types of steel reinforcing bars required and the requirements on the length and dimensions, shape of cut and the angle of bending for the steel reinforcing bars.
- Determine the sequence of placing orders for the cut and bend of different batches of steel reinforcing bars and arrange the time of delivery for the processed steel reinforcing bars.
- Highlight major discrepancies arise between the contract drawings and the contractual requirements or the initial tender drawings,
- Exposure into Elevated Metro projects is essential.
- Must possess good understanding of the prevalent construction practices.
- Precast & Cast-in-situ construction types as per detailed BOQ.
- Co-ordination and preparation Detailed Project Reports as per Drawings and site to Manage simultaneous activities of projects and meet deadlines.
- Preparation of bar bending schedule as per approved drawings.
- Ensuring that the Company maintains high standards of quality in the services.
- Effective internal controls are in place for achieving the desired quality of services in the projects assigned.
