- Become a product and technology expert in UPS & Data center domain for both internal and external team in the region.
- Manage the technical portfolio of the product in the region. Opportunity to work directly with Product Management team and hone technical skills.
- Working closing with Technical consultant and Key influencers in the region for product presentation and product positioning for key customers and large tenders.
- Handle variety of customers from different Industry vertical like IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, channel etc. in the region.
- Develop relationship with consultant and PMCs for lead generation and help position Eaton brand strongly in the tender so that to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for sales team in the region.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Leader to maintain a healthy lead and qualified opportunity ratio.
- Work in tandem with sales for Value addition in the commercial bid by means of technical optimization.
- Provide support on putting together the bid package for major projects including submittal drawings and interfacing with the customer and project consultants;
- Be updated on the competitors’ products and solution and prepare competitor comparison to highlight benefits of Eaton products and solutions.
- Lead the product promotion activity in the region by means of technical seminars and product presentation to larger groups.
- Develop and Share references applications to support pre-sales activity.
- Become Technical advisor for target customers for upcoming and latest technology and influence them for adoption of newer technologies and solutions.
- Become a trusted advisor for target customers as they upgrade their facilities to ensure customer satisfaction and garner new business.
- Train internal team on new product launches and existing product.
- Work with Engineering and Product Development team for customization and product performance improvement
Requirement:
- B.E. Electrical with 5+ years experience
- Strong Technical acumen with commercial understanding. Good application knowledge of UPS systems in different industries
- Knowledge of Industry trends, competition portfolio and USPs.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Collaborative approach
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, in virtual teams (across different locations), and cross-cultural environments
- Excellent Presentation skills to all levels of audience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc)
