- Responsible to guide and lead a team of technicians for carrying out integrated PMI, - -Maintenance shift/Focused planned maintenance, Reactive maintenance, TPM, CLIT on new and conventional MAE
- -Knowledge on new generation cleaning machine, test benches, part loading system and Filtration system
- -Planning of Non-Codified spares, Inhouse refurbishment of spares.
- Compliance for internal and external audits.
- -Monitor and control Maintenance Cost, technical loss, MTTR, MTBF, repeat breakdown, response time.
- -RPP and cost reduction projects.
- -Ensure discipline, Associate development and Evaluation
- -Ensure safety and Department 5S
- Good knowledge in performance & high pressure test benches ( Moehwald, maximator )
- Knowledge on pressure intensified, leak test
- Knowledge in Instrumentation ( Mass flow meter, LVDT, Air measurement etc )
- Knowledge in Helium leak testing
- Knowledge in vacuum technology
- Knowledge and Experience in maintenance of new generation MAE, Eg: Horizontal and vertical Machining centers (Grob, Emag), Grinding machines (Junker, Studers ), Honing machines ( Kadia ), Super finish machine (Sufina), TEM etc.
- Knowledge in conventional machine.
- Knowledge in new generation cleaning machines.
- Good Presentation skills and communication skills
- Knowledge on SAP
- Knowledge on i4.0
- BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3 year experience / Diploma in mechanical Engineering with 5 to 6 years of experience
