Job Description
Position Overview
Siemens Industry, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the Electrical Services group to support products being manufactured in our Wendell, NC plant. The candidate would support plant production and keep product drawings and 3D models up to date while focusing on on-time delivery and product quality.
Responsibilities:
Daily job functions would include the following:
- Supporting the manufacturing facility in building MV and LV replacement circuit breakers
- Using Siemens NX 3D CAD software to update drawings as needed to support production
- Drafting parts in Siemens NX software for purchase from local vendors
- Diagnosing circuit breaker issues and recommending parts for replacement.
- Various reporting needs related to the job function
- Dispositioning Non-Conformance Reports to support the receiving inspection department
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Strong mechanical skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical or similar role
- SAP Conductor, Siemens NX, AutoCAD experience also a plus.
Travel less than 10%
