- 1. To lead the entire vertical in terms of smooth planning, execution control and dispatch.
- 2. To make detail tracker of each machine and track the progress closely.
- 3. On time escalations and raising RED flags wherever required.
- 4. Make a contingency plan to bridge the gap of plan Vs actual.
- 5. Ensure the timely material availability with procurement team.
- 6. Ensure systematic material movement from receipt stores to main stores in order to reduce cycle time
- 7. Prepare and publish shortage lists of various projects if needed
- 8. Strong coordination and follow up with all CFT members like AE, A&C, manufacturing, stores, QC, dispatch for smooth execution of each and every project.
- 9. Adherence to the monthly dispatch plan .
- 10. To ensure smooth and systematic internal material movement
- 11. To act on ECN released by design in order to maintain correct stock.
- 12. Tracking excess material return to stores, after machine dispatch in coordination with the assembly team.
- 13. To provide MR list to stores for extracting the material.
- 14. To ensure material availability for each project as per monthly invoicing plan.
- 15. Issuance plan (daily, weekly, and monthly) to be provided to assembly in the form of sub assembly plan, assembly plan and FAT plan -- the same to be monitored and executed
- 16. Timely escalation of critical issues to avoid any disruption in material supply
