Job Description:

• Hands-on Work Experience of Min. 2~4 yrs as CAD Designer (CATIA V5).
• Hands-on Experience in GD&T verification & drafting.
• Well-versed with ASME Y 14.5 & ISO standards.
• Good in 1D- tolerance stack up analysis (RSS & WC)
• Very Good knowledge in Catia V5 design tool – Part modelling, Drafting & Assembly
• Work Experience in PLM – Matrix- would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal competence and acting as a good team player
• Good in verbal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Automobile Compressor Inverter product knowledge is an added advantage
• Experience on Electronic components product knowledge is an added advantage
• Rigor and methodical approach is most expected.

Responsibilities

• Drawing checking (To be able to identify & correct the errors in existing Drawings)
• 3D modelling, 2D drawing creation in CATIA V5 (when needed).
• 1D tolerance stack up analysis.
• Adhere to Valeo Quality Process
• Support for R&D Efficiency

Education/Training

• BE in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute or university
• Good Background in Mechanical Component Design & Development process in Automotive industry

Professional Experience

• Candidate must have B.E with minimum 2~4 yrs of experience in Catia V5
• Experience in automotive industry is desirable
• Excellent knowledge on GD&T
• Autonomous on Google Suite (To document in Slides the deviation items and fill-in progress in
• Spreadsheets).
