Job Summary :

JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for MDM WorkplaceOne Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Airwatch and Intune will be changed. Keep track of MDM's SLAs and KPIs. Help with measures to improve service all the time. SPOC for the management of major incidents in the Mobility service Help manage business continuity in the Mobility service Good understanding of the iOS and Android mobile operating systems and how they work. Work closely with OEMs and suppliers to find and report product bugs and get them fixed. Work closely with the MDM Service & Solution owners and SME/architects to make sure that other technology solutions can be integrated. Other tasks: Other tasks as given. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expert in VMware AirWatch and/or Microsoft Intune Mobility (MDM) solutions Manage Airwatch or Microsoft application proxy servers Do testing of the MDM platform's functions, user acceptance testing, and technical writing. Upgrade MDM applications and add security patches to the server regularly. Experience in ITIL / ISO processes. Responsible for helping with service requests, incidents, root cause analysis, and a strong working knowledge and experience of the change management process. Experience helping customers all over the world with more than 3,000 mobile devices Good experience with escalation and managing the operations of different mobile devices OEMs, vendors and suppliers Ability to communicate with global stakeholders and across international and geographically separated teams, and to act as a role model for the support teams in delivering a world-class user experience and taking full responsibility for service quality from beginning to end. Excellent communication skills (English Language) Good at giving presentations and able to adapt quickly to changing needs Education and Work History Needed 4–5 years of experience before in supporting client software and hardware.
