- As the SAP HANA Analytics Consultant you will have the primary responsibility for the roll out of technical and functional aspects of the BW/HANA Analytics solution. You will lead the planning, design, implementation and support of SAP HANA and S/4 Embedded Analytics solutions. Solution includes leading edge tools such as S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP BW powered by HANA, BW/4 HANA, Native HANA modeling, SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in large and complex environments of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC and non-SAP ERPs.
- This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders of client companies and a proven track record designing and implementing S/4 embedded analytics, Native HANA Solutions, SAP BW powered by HANA and BW/4HANA. You will be a team player, proactive, an effective communicator with ability to work independently and manage other development resources.
- Above all, the candidate should have the acumen to work closely with business stakeholders and building analytics solution for LOB areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics.
- Working experience in Agile project environment with understanding of capacity management and user story preparation methods using tools like JIRA, Azure VSTS
- Hands-on experience with Native HANA data modeling, schema management, content import & export, data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services and Smart Data Integration (SDI).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Embedded analytics specifically with Core Data Services (CDS) views development technique.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP BW powered by HANA and BW/4 HANA features, among others, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed (hybrid) scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ best practice and performance optimization concepts.
- Experience required in performance tuning of the HANA models.
- Experience with administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical problems arises from the technical development.
- Hands-on experience with Smart Data Integration (SDI), SAP SLT replication and SAP Data Services ETL design to integrate SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Experience with various SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) tools (WEBI and Lumira Design) development lifecycle with BW/4 HANA, Native HANA and S/4 HANA from design through implementation and production support.
- Experience required with BW/4 HANA, Native HANA and S/4 HANA Security concepts including User Management, Roles, and Privileges.
- Experience with BW on HANA technical migration, BW/4 HANA conversion and XSA development skills is added advantage.
- Experience required with capturing and documenting non-functional requirements, interpreting non-technical requirements, defining the architecture, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals.

- At least 5 years’ experience in Native HANA Modeling.
- At least 1 end to end S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics POC/Project including 1-year experience of Core Data Services (CDS) views.
- At least 5 years’ experience in SAP BW powered by HANA (BW 7.4, BW 7.5 powered by HANA) including at least 1 year of BW/4 HANA experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in Data Modeling and design.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Data Services and SDI.
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Business Objects frontend tools with at least 1 year with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Big data experience with platforms such as AWS S3, Snowflake, Azure SQL Data warehouse
- Ability to write SQL Scripts, stored procedures and integrate them in the views.
- Advance Analytics spectrum like HANA PAL, R and Python etc.
