Job Description:
- Installation, Supervision and Commissioning of Control & Instrumentation Systems which includes
- Commissioning of Complete Instrumentation & Control Systems in
- Cement, Mining Industries & CPPs.
- Travelling to domestic and global site for Commissioning
- Services/Troubleshooting/AMCs/Site Audits.
- Ensuring Equipment and Personal Safety in all aspects.
- Co-ordination with customer + contractor + Chennai office.
- Responsible for site documentation - Project schedule, Site reports,
- Learning reports, Protocols, Punch lists & Check lists.
- Reports the work progress in relation to quality standards.
- Need to contribute more on developing Service Business and to
- adhere department guidelines
- Contribute to generate sales leads.
- Effectively communicates relevant information to project stake holders and management.
- Confronts and resolves issues openly and quickly.
- Promotes creative and innovative thinking within the team to increase efficiency of the department.
- Focus on On-time delivery with the expected quality.
- He or She has the responsibility of ensuring that projects are executed within the established time and cost budgets.
- Ensures periodic project reviews and reporting are done on time.
- Handle complete installation and commissioning of Control Systems individually or as a team depending upon the size of the project, supplied to Cement and Mining Industries across the Globe and the project types could be green field, brown field and upgrades
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management in order to deliver on client’s expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
- Self-motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Flexible with a positive attitude and are able to take instructions
- Possibility to assist outside normal office hours.
- Good planning and organizing skills for prioritizing concurrent tasks.
- Should be a team player with good command in English.
- Delivering Results and meeting customer Expectations is the key.
- Should be self-motivated with positive attitude.
- Extensive travel is a must. ( Around 250 to 300 days in a Year)
- Prior Experience in
- PLC/DCS programming/testing/Commissioning for Siemens/Rockwell/ABB/Schneider Systems.
- Programming/testing of Intelligent MCCs
- SCADA/HMI programming/testing.
- Site supervision for C&I and Control system equipment installation/ commissioning in Cement/Material Handling/Mineral Processing industries.
- Experience in FLS- Automation ECS (v7/v8) will be an added advantage.
- Industrials Protocols like Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, Device Net etc
