Job Description:
- Design, Development & Evaluation of Tyre and Wheels (Aluminum/Steel), Wheel Covers & Cap, Wheel Center
- Responsibility:
- Designing of Tyre, Wheel (Aluminum / Steel) & knowledge of layout check, load calculations. Functionality of TPMS system.
- Should have basic knowledge of Homologation requirements for Tyre, Wheel and allied parts etc.
- Need to have experience on design of construction matrix to achieve Vehicle performance, RRC improvement techniques and Tyre tuning.
- Should be conversant with Homologation requirements for Suspension systems (India & EU) – like Tyres, TPMS systems etc
Technical/Functional:
- Will be part of team responsible for designing & development of Tyre and Wheels, Wheel Covers, Center cap.
- Would work on basic part related specification requirements, design calculation, Layout of parts, tuning, New Regulations & local development & quality improvements of these parts.
- Should have adequate knowledge of CAD system.
- Basic understanding about Suspension system, design aspects & function
- Ability to work hands on with Suspension system parts.
- Should have a passion for automobiles and should be aware of latest automotive trends in field of Suspension system & wheel design technology
