- Review of design documents related to Cooling system, Air intake system , Engine packaing , mounts , Powertrain integration, HVAC, Brake system etc.
- Document observations from the review commetee
- Prepare check list for systems
- collect learnings and prepare design guidelines
- work with Systsme engineers and Design review teams, manufacturing teams, project teams
- Plan and document TKO process for each part and system, note deviations , suggest modifications , collect data
- 3 - 5 yrs (Engr/Sr.Engr)
- Automotive
- BE or ME or MTech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering/ Automobile Engineering
- General Requirements
- Knwoledge about cooling system , Air intake and exhaust system
- Knowledge of Engine room packaging , Powertrain integration
- Knowledge of CATIA
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Basic knowledge of FEA /CFD
- Knwoledge about cooling system , Air intake and exhaust system
- Knowledge of Engine room packaging , Powertrain integration , should be able to understand and moderate DFMEA. shoud be aware of tools like DFMEA , PFMEA etc.
- Knowledge of CATIA and TC - should be able to open 3D models , annotations , check sections , check workflows
- Knowledge of GD&T - should be able to understand and read drawing , should be able to corelate dimensions , tolerances and functional behaviour of system. should be able to interpreate stack
- Basic knowledge of FEA /CFD , should have competency to interpreat the results and understand fundamentals of analysis
- Graduation Score > 80%
- Preferably from any Premier Institutes
