Job Description:
- 2 years of experience component design and drawing creation
- Understanding of Welding / Sheetmetal /Casting
- Knowledge of Structural design
- Basics of Mechanical engineering calculation like Stress/Strain/Bending moment etc
- Awareness specifying tolerances using GD&T
- CAD Experience handling bigger assemblies, Sheetmetal design and drawing creation
- Design for manufacturing, assembly and services requirements
- Experience of working in PDM system preferably Windchill
- Good understanding of DFMEA, FMEA and risk assessment
- DFMA, Interpretation of Loads & understanding of FEA analysis output.
- Exposure to international standards
- Exposure of all the components used in Wind Turbine/
- CAD and design piping and Surfacing module
- CAD and soft tools ( Any one CAD Software)
- Creo 4.0
- Windchill 10
- UGNX
- Solidworks
