Binance Smart Chain(BSC) Eco-system is looking for a dedicated and experienced Blockchain Technical Operations Specialist. BSC is an EVM compliant blockchain that has grown to become one of the largest public block chains in the last year, with over 800 DeFi and dApps deployed and over 1 million daily active users (addresses) during peak times. The successful candidate will join the innovative and fast changing field to build a new era of blockchain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for investigating and resolving the technical issues timely from external or internal communities on the blockchain products including Wallets, Bridge, Nodes, and more
- High responsibility in continuous improvement in BSC technical documentation, blogs and community forum
- Strong collaboration, communication and interaction with all stakeholders including product manager, engineering and business development team
- Work closely with product and engineering teams globally, participate and follow up in iteration, release and roadmap planning timely
- Very flexible with capability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles - e.g. Technical Support, Community Support
- Background working with mission critical 24/7 systems will be beneficial
- Must have strong capabilities to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically
- Tech skills: Blockchain, Wallets, Web3.
