As a Biomedical Equipment Technologist (BMET) II, you will provide assurance testing, maintenance and repair of complex medical, biomedical and electronic devices or systems.

Required Qualifications:
A two-year diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology from an approved Institute of Technology must be completed. Active or eligible for registration with The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) (ASET).

As required.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position will be supporting our 32 surgical suites and recovery beds. Experience working in the operating room environment on surgical and/or anesthesia equipment would be an asset.
