About this opportunity
As a Territory Manager, the role will be responsible for selling Invisalign and iTero products in the Omani market. It is a field sales role, based in Oman.
In this role, you will…
- In the Omani market, introduce Invisalign transparent aligners and the iTero intra-oral scanner.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth prospects in the Omani market, including account profiling, customer segmentation, and targeting.
- Identify and evaluate new customer and account prospects.
- Develop and implement specific growth goals for each doctor and account that support practice digitization.
- Implement the Align digital platform and workflow throughout the practice to increase digital tool adoption.
- Customers' business and clinical development journeys can be aided.
- Manage accounts in a given region, track business performance and market trends, and report to the GCC Area Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- With a growth and results-oriented mindset, achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with key internal functions and different stakeholders in a cross-functional manner.

- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication and presentation skills, to give the best advice to customers
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups internally and externally
- Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic preferable)
- Valid Omani driving license
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years of proven sales record
- Ideally, with an industry background in the human sciences / medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.
- Dental experience and knowledge of Omani market is preferred
