Job Description:
The Global Talent Manger will support the Global Talent Director in managing talent processes globally around the annual performance management cycle and the development and retention of talent at Unisys. The role requires an understanding and experience in driving talent processes across organizations in a very pragmatic way. You will partner with leaders and HR business partners globally to implement programs, projects and initiatives that support Unisys strategy through thoughtful and innovative organizational development plans and objectives. You are able to deliver, manage, market, customize and help develop solutions, talent practices and processes to meet business requirements. You are able to lead small to medium scale complex projects, processes and initiatives to address client business needs in support of Talent programs. You are able to solve problems independently, integrate talent solutions and seek guidance when necessary. You can orchestrate activities to ensure that all Talent-related commitments are kept. This role requires strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills to be able to review information and make decisions about how to effectively address staff issues or objectives. Communication and instructional skills are important to ensure you are able to produce and present materials and also lead workshops and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Talent Management and/or HR
- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
- Uses knowledge to independently resolve moderately complex issues
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-3 years of related experience
- Professional certification and/or Master’s Degree are desirable
- Provides business solutions within defined guidelines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
