Job Description:

Our client is a fast growing software development company specializing in interactive technology and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced 3D motion and animation designer to join their Dubai team.

The successful candidate will be accountable for 3D digital creation from ideation to software development for interactive animation, video and augmented reality products to create seamless experience on mobile apps and web applications.

Candidates must have exceptional UI experience in highly multidimensional design environments and rapid prototyping.

Role Summary

• Interpret concepts into three-dimensional realization and create moving images using digital models via CGI software.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity 3D designs and animation user experiences for design iteration and scalability.
• Blend visual, sonic and interaction design using prototype tools such as Kanzi.
• Work with clients on design requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5 - 8 years’ experience in 3D animation and motion design for web and app interfaces and wire-framing interactions to a high-fidelity level.
• Strong creative 3D design capabilities and experience in sketching storyboards, creating characters, objects, illustrations, layouts and backgrounds.
• 3D modeling, polygonal and surface modeling, texturing, rendering, integrating sound and sync dialogue and applying motion caption to create animations.
• Strong in mathematical calculations
• Experience in any combination of Maya, 3D Studio Max, Arduino, Adobe Photoshop, Flash and After Effects, Motion Builder, Cinema 4D, Mudbox, Java, LightWave, Rhino, Grasshopper, Houdini, Modo or ZBrush, Blender and Revit.
• Experience of Raspberry Pi is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Game Design, Computer Science or related fields.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.

Fluent in English and Tagalog – must be able to read, write and speak English and Tagalog.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills as this role is client facing
