We are looking to hire an experienced and energetic Software Engineer II to join the Customer Experience (CX) / Support Experience Group (SxG) team. We are building the next generation of our applications running on Azure that pull together Dynamics 365, Azure Communication Services, Azure Cognitive Services, and several other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high value, complete, and predictive application scenarios across all devices and form factors. We innovate quickly and collaborate closely with our partners and customers in a very agile, high-energy environment. We use industry-standard technology: C#, JavaScript/Typescript, React functional components, HTML5 so it would be ideal for you to have a solid background in delivering experiences using an object-oriented language and web technologies. 

Responsibilities

• Design, document, implement, test and deploy highly resilient and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with other software engineers in a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Work with Program Managers to understand business requirements and translate them to technical designs for the team to work on.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ experience with coding object-oriented programming languages and/or UI frameworks.
• 3+ experience with Relational databases and/or No-SQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user experience web technologies such as React and/or Fluent UI.
• Experience with UX designs
• Experience with and conceptual understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including Application Insights, Azure Service Bus, logic apps, Azure Blob, Azure SQL, Azure search, and WebApps.
