Job Description:

• Drive software quality from concept to delivery via specific KPIs and quality targets
• Work with product development teams throughout development phases to ensure software quality requirements and goals are established and met to determine release readiness and risks
• Analyze product quality data and drives improvements through defect prediction models, requirements traceability, and SWLC optimizations
• Improve customer experience with critical issue management, throughput time, root cause analysis, and software practices assessments

Skills Required:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering
• SW Quality and program management expertise are pluses
• Experience in software process improvement, Agile/SCRUM will be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in quality models, data analytics, six sigma methodologies
• Motivated self-starter, with a strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
