- The Artificial Intelligence Computer Vision Lab specializes in the processing of ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray and physiological monitoring data, as well as the analysis of real-time images for industrial applications for defect detection.
- The applicant should be highly motivated and enthusiastic about solving problems in medical and/or industrial imaging by implementing algorithms for image processing, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Research experience in image analytics & signal processing is essential, along with strong mathematical skills and an understanding of the relationship between physics and advances in AI.
- An applicant is expected to document results in patent disclosures and high-quality peer-reviewed publications.
- Worked in a global team of experienced and dynamic researchers to develop breakthroughs in biomedicine.
- He/she should be a good great team mate and willing to get involved into interdisciplinary research.
- PhD or Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related Engineering field or Computer
- science/Biomedical engineering with specialization in image processing, signal processing, or inverse problems.
- Master’s degree holders with demonstrated research credentials in the fields of AI are also encouraged to apply. Specific areas of required expertise are: Image analytics, Deep Learning, Inverse problems in Imaging, Clinical decisioning, super resolution reconstruction.
- Expertise in Deep Learning and Computer Vision/ Image processing, TensorFlow, Pytorch and Keras is required.
- Basic understanding of medical imaging or biology is desirable but not necessary.
- Basic understanding of industrial inspection is desired but not necessary.
- Strong foundations in design, analysis, and implementation of algorithms in different computing architectures is desired
